A serious, show-stopping run of exceptional restaurants across the country and the world, cementing his place as one of America’s top chef-restaurateurs. As the chef-owner of The Rose in Venice Beach, he is intimately familiar with the exceptional ingredients of the region, and his experience at top-notch restaurants including El Bulli and Le Cirque leaves him beyond prepared to treat them with respect. So, sure: we’re a pool-deck pizzeria. But you’ll eat so much better up here.
